Q: Where can I find the application and course information?
A: The application form and course brochure will be published at least 3 months prior to the start of the course. You will find the application instructions after you\'ve downloaded the application form. You can find the form on the Downloads-page on our website.

Q: When will I hear the selection results?
A: All selected and rejected candidates will be informed latest two weeks after the deadline.

Q: After completing the application form, I don\'t receive the confirmation e-mail that is needed to print the application form. What can I do?
A: Please contact us through crossonline@info.evd.nl and we will send you the necessary data to complete your application.

Q: I\'m not a national of one of the participating MTEC-countries. Am I eligible to apply?
A: We only accept applications from nationals from the target countries of the Matra programme of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For more information on Matra, please click here.

Q: I’m interested to apply for a scholarship to study in a different field then is included in the MTEC programme. Is that possible?
A: We only provide scholarships for the programmes mentioned on this website. You can find information on obtaining a scholarship on one of the following websites:

Q: I’m interested to participate in the MTEC academic programme, but I\'m not a national of one of the eligible countries mentioned on your website. Can I apply for a scholarship?
A: We only accept applications from nationals from the target countries of the Matra programme of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For more information on Matra, please click here.
 
Q: After completing the electronic application form, I don\'t receive the confirmation e-mail that is needed to print the application form. What can I do?

Q: What should be sent to the Embassy?
A: Only the printed and signed electronic application form should be sent to the Embassy. All the documents the university requires for the application should only be sent to the university.

Q: I did not take an English test, but I studied in an English-speaking country (or attended an international school or took courses taught in English), so my English is good. Do I still need to take a test?
A: Yes, all applicants need to complete all required steps in the application process. That means that – even if you are provisionally admitted and subsequently selected – you will need to submit a certificate for English proficiency.

Q: One of the admission criteria is a TOEFL score of 250. Do you also accept scores of the IELTS exam or other exams?

Q: How do I know if I’m awarded a scholarship?
A: All applicants will be informed by the university latest three weeks after the deadline.

Q: Since I am not employed, I have to fill in a return statement. Where do I find that statement?
A: You will receive that statement once you completed and submitted your electronic application form.

Q: I would like to change some facts on the electronic application form I completed. Is that possible?
A: Yes, please send your changes by e-mail (crossonline@info.evd.nl) and we will keep these changes with your file.
